This is an exotic camp trail treat. Spinach and cottage cheese curry.
Each envelope contains 2 portions.
Pre-cooked long grain white rice, spinach, home made cheese, onion, garlic, tomato, green chilly, ginger, coriander powder, cumin (jeera) seed, salt and clarified butter (ghee).
- Add 1 1/4 cups of boiling water to the curry mix stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 1/2 cups of boiling water to each rice pack and stir.
- Pour the curry over the rice, serve and enjoy.
