Description:
Mushroom & Cheese Omelet - a favorite omelet with subtle spicing.
Portions:
Two omelets per package.
Preparation:
- Blend each pack of egg mix with 1 cup of cold water. Let the mixture stand for at least 10 minutes to allow full rehydration.
- Ladle into a hot greased pan (Harvest Vegetable Shortening is handy for this). Stir and fluff over medium heat.
- Serve and dig in!
Ingredients:
Egg (contains 1% silicon dioxide to prevent caking), skim milk, cheese sauce [cheddar cheese powder (milk, salt, bacterial enzyme), whey, modified corn starch, seasoning, salt, naturel flavors], mushroom, onion, chive, salt, garlic, spice.
Note:
Make sure you bring a skillet.
