Description:
Baingan Bhartha is a vegetarian dish from Indian and Pakistani cuisine. It has a delicious charcoal roasted flavour.
Portions:
Each envelope contains 2 portions.
Preparation:
- Add 1 1/4 cups of boiling water to the curry mix stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 1/2 cups of boiling water to each rice pack and stir.
- Pour the curry over the rice, serve and enjoy.

Pre-cooked long grain white rice, eggplant, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilly, red chilly powder, coriander powder, jeera (cumin) seed, turmeric powder, salt, clarified butter (ghee).
