This soup is a hearty and rich melange of delicious chunky vegetables. It is a great soup to enjoy in the back country.
For active people this will feed two.
Dried vegetables (tomatoes, onions, carrots, celery root, green beans, green bell peppers, garlic, beets), rice, corn starch, salt, wheat flour, monosodium glutamate, beef fat, sugar, yeast extract, modified corn starch, dried parsley, dextrose, artificial flavour, spice, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate, silicon dioxide, wheat maltodextrin and sulphites. may contain traces of milk ingredients.
- In a large saucepan, whisk soup mix with 4 cups (1 L) cold water. Bring to a boil over moderately high heat, whisking constantly.
- Reduce heat, cover partially and simmer gently 10 minutes, whisking occasionally.
Do not add this mixture to hot water or it will turn lumpy.
